chunky knit for summer

We all love a good chunky knit that we can just drown in comfiness in. But how do you style it? Especially during summer, it can be tricky.

First thing first, jewellery is always, always, always a good idea! If I’m wearing a necklace I prefer a bolder one, because a dainty one can disappear under the chunky knit. Rings and statement earrings are a good idea as well.

You can style it several ways (even in summer, if it’s not boiling hot). You can style with a pair of mom shorts, like I did above, and tuck in the front. By doing so you look less bulky and you can show off your figure a little more.

You can also style it with bike shorts and platform flip-flops for a casual summer look. Add a crossover bag to add some dimension.

if you want to dress it up, wear a  mini skirt, a shoulder bag and strappy sandals.
